The problem

This customer was facing excessive foaming during filling which generated a lot of waste and also forced them to slow their line speed to a point where bottles were fillable. As a result, their margin and potential to gain new opportunities was reduced by this problem.

The solution

CO₂Sustain was added directly to the syrup tank during an industrial trial. This led to a 33% increase in efficiency as line speed improved from 12,000 bottles per hour to 16,000 bottles per hour.

The outcome

Now this customer has been able to maximise their line efficiency which in turn has increased their margins and frees them up to take on new contracts for additional revenue.
